I’ve been loving a lot daring lips lately and wore my deep berries, plums, burgundies, wines, chocolate browns and dark reds on any occasion…
But my choices are becoming more and more daring, going for darker and darker colours… The question is: How dark will I dare to go?
Right now I’m in this place of the colour spectrum… the dark, deep berry shade of Charlotte Tilbury‘s Glastonberry!
Glastonberry is in my opinion, the ideal Autumn colour for the lips… A deep blackened berry shade that will immediately draw attention to your lips! Yes, Glastonberry is an attention seeker! And it sure gets it!
In the swatches above you can see it next to the Lip-Cheat Lip Liner in Berry Naughty, the best complimentary shade Charlotte Tilbury could’ve created to be worn with Glastonberry!
Will Charlotte Tilbury release a product I won’t like any time soon? Well, that’s ever so slightly possible!

INTERESTING FACTS/ TRICS & TIPS:
- a well done dark lip looks better when you have carefully defined lips. For that you MUST:
1. prep your lips first: scrub and moisture
- line your lips with a lip liner and carefully draw the contours of your lips with a colour that matches your lipstick ( my lip liner of choice is from Charlotte Tilbury as well – the matching Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Berry Naughty )

Glastonberry is LOVELY! I agree, definitely the ideal Autumn shade. I like that there’s a corresponding lip liner too – sometimes it’s difficult to match. I don’t think Charlotte Tilbury can do any wrong – not that I’ve seen so far anyway. 🙂

Isn’t it like the perfect berry shade for Autumn lovely?! If there’s just one berry lipstick every beauty addict ( like yours truly… and the gang, of course! ) should own, Glastonberry would be it! Plus minus the lip lines which I must admit it is a great investment since it does wonders under the lipstick and on its own!

That’s one lipstick from CT everybody raves about but never felt the need to buy it myself! But I definitely will at some point! I’m sure of that! 😁

Maybe if you apply it over one of her nude lip liners which aren’t drying and I’m thinking here either Pillow Talk or Iconic Nude, you’d get a more satisfying result!
Still contemplating wether I get it or not! 😕

They recommended me to get the lip liner but I don’t really use lip liners much. Maybe it would be an improvement!

Definitely recommend these CT lipsticks! They’re not the cheapest but definitely worth every penny! Which one would you like to get Glastonberry or another shade?

Oh you’re welcome huni 🙂 I really like Kiko lipsticks. My absolute favourite at the moment are Velvet Mat Satin lipstick, 602 and 614 they are both absolutely stunning. Have a great week you too 🙂

I actually had to google them and both are lovely shades! At the moment 614 is right up my alley! We’ll talk more about the fire-y red 604 in the following months though! Gorgeous shades both of them! 👌🏼😉xx

602, your actual recommendation, looks like the perfect everyday nude shade! Similar to my favourite nude TF Pink Dusk, but less opaque!

What I want to share with you is that when you say nude you’re thinking Bi**ch Perfect, this one has rather disturbing glitters and it’s quite drying as well!
I just found out from one of my readers! I wanted that one myself but I think I might just get Nude Kate instead!

Love this shade! As you know though, I love them all, lol. Right now my faves are Birkin Brown and Bond Girl. I need to pull this one back out, because you’re right — it’s perfect for the season. Lovely, ma belle!

I finally got my hands on Glastonberry and I’m so happy I did! I know you love your MATTE Revolution lipsticks! And that cofret it came with all the shades is simply glorious! My less favourite shade from all the ones that I own has to be Sexy Sienna, which by consequence is the one I wore less…

Yes! Berry Naughty is basically the same colour as Blackberry on the lips but in a true matte finish/formulation. Layered they give you the most amazing deep berry pout!

I wasn’t the biggest lip liner wearer… I considered it drying often times… Until I discovered these Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheats!
To be honest I still leave the house without lip liner… Some lipstick don’t need a precise pre-contouring, even if they’re reds or dark colours… But others just look better over an amazing lip liner! 😉xx

As for the Christmas collection … What’s there to say!? Can’t wait for it to be out and finally get my hands on that mini trio of KISSING lippies I’ve missed on last year!
I’m also lusting over the setting powder and the new foundation! But oh well… 😩😔

What a perfect berry shade that could be able to rollout your lipstick wardrobe for the rest of autumn and winter months. Great colour and the pigmentation looks really good too. Besides, I love the matching lip liner from the same brand that could give a dark contouring edgy effect to the berry lips and last but not least, the swatches of both combos look absolutely gorgeous as well.

The pigmentation in all CT lip products is truly amazing! Especially with the dark colours! I haven’t tried their glosses but from all the swatches I’ve seen online those are definitely good as well ( I’m talking about the darker colours again ). It looks like the darker you choose the colour the better the pigmentation!

I’m pleased with the colour as well and you’re right, Berry Naughty the lip liner definitely completes the final look! Great thing that it can be worn by itself without looking or making your lips feel dry, patchy or anything like that! And the colour is basically the same!

Yes, I have used berry shades before and I have used high street brands like Revlon cosmetics and Barry M cosmetics.

I love berry and plum shades this time of year – I love Milani cabaret blend, and urban decay shame – these are the only two that I can think of at the moment!

They do have one red in the MATTE Revolution line that it’s called Red Carpet Red – if you want it in this formula! If you want the glossier version then go for So Marylin from the KISSING line.
I only have So Marylin and it’s simply gorgeous for a Christmas party!
